My favourite.....

I have came to Newjersey on April 15th, since then I had met a number of people.
I never really have enjoyed the company of new people, so I was not at all ready to come to this place. But things have forced me to come here.

I came here to a friend of mine, Shiva, who was my classmate in my undergraduation. He is a different person. I never thought I would see him again, but he was the only person whom I would rely on, that's because he always cares about others, enquires about the situation and gives advices whether needed or not.

So, the reason I came here was to earn some money for the fee of next semister. It was really hard time for me. It took a week for me to get a job. First I had gone to a Deli store of a pakistani, his name was Kenny, he asked me how long did I intend to stay here, I very innocently told him that am to stay for four months.

He wanted me to come the next day, when I have seen him the next day he told me to come after a week, I thought it was very easy to get a job without lying but it wasn't. He said he will call me back and never did.

I lost all the hope in a couple of days and have started the hunt again. Now it was the turn of some Indian restaurants, even they told the same. I never realized my mistake of mentioning the stay period of foour months that scared them.

After a few days Shiva had told me about a Liquor store. It's name was NYWE. I have gone there the next morning and meet the owner. I told him that I was being referred even though I never seen the person that referred me till now. He said he would call me back but he called me as soon I have left the place.

So everything was going just right. because the pay was good and I was supposed to deliver the order's to door. So I made extra money in the evenings.

So I knew a lot of streets up there at broadway. Mr. Paul said that he cannot give me more hours as he had lot of people, and that had turned me down.

The people I met there were Mr. Tsedo a tibetan settled in darjeeling INDIA, and sereen a nepali woman who settled in assam, and Sagar a nepali kid. There was a mexican guy who was very fast and had good brains named George. He told me a lot of his life here and in Mexico. Then there were two american girls and a american guy. I never used to talk to them.

So, after he made it clear that I won't be getting many hours I thought to myself that this way I wont be able to get much money which was the main purpose I came here, I started looking for more jobs.

Then one day Shiva told me that there was a need in his restaurant. So without any second thought I had left for that. I liked the first one because everyone were good to me.

The job in the restaurant was really not good. I had to work in the kitchen as a food runner.
I started thinking about shifting from that very soon. the people also were not good there.

I have done that job for one and a half month and then left the job for a grossary store which I am currently doing.
