Fusion Global Payroll

Loading External Bank Account and Personal Payment Methods via Payroll Batch Loader:

There are four objects in the Fusion bank model:
1. Bank
2. Bank branch
3. External Bank Account (Employees or other third parties, here in this context we are talking about Employee since we are talking about Payroll)
4. Internal Bank Account (Company or Employer)

The Bank and Branch associated to the account number must be loaded first. If those details are loaded in the same batch, the bank and branches must be entered in rows.

The information that needs to be entered is
Bank Name, Bank Branch Name, Account Number, IBAN, Account Type, Secondary Account Reference, Account Name, Person number (not phone number, I guess it is Employee number or Something else).

1. Navigate to Payroll Administration work Area (Navigator->Payroll->Administration).
2. Select the "Batch Loader" task.
3. Click Download button.

you will download an Excel sheet (DesktopGenericBatchLoader) which will need your login information to the Fusion Cloud instance. Also your role should have access to Payroll Administrator.

This excel sheet has three sheets Batch_Header_sheet, Batch_Content_Sheet and Batch_Message_Sheet.

4. Enter a name for your batch and select your legislative data group and Save.
5. Select options in a popup box which asks "On failure continue to upload subsequent rows" and "Download all rows after successful upload". verify the status is updated to Row inserted successfully
6. Double click the Batch Name field and navigate to the batch content sheet.
7. Verify the Batch Name and legislative data group are reflected.
8. Select a task action by clicking the Add button in the Batch Content Action region.
14. Search on Task Name "Bank" highlight the "Create External Bank Account" Task Action Name and click OK button. Double click the Task Action Name value to invoke the data items and enter the Employees Bank Account Details and Person Number. After entering the information check the status of each row is "Row inserted successfully".

Now we will transfer the batch information to the application.

1. Navigate to  Fusion->Payroll->Administration work area and select the "Submit a Process or Report" task.
2. Select the Legislative data group from the list of values and highlight the Transfer Batch Flow pattern.
